Sunday, March 7th -- Mindful Walk and Sunset Meditation
Have you always wanted to start living a more mindful, active, and healthier lifestyle? Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present in the moment, increasing your level of focus, patience, acceptance, compassion, and happiness. It is a skill you can learn to apply to everyday life. Join us for a mindful walk and meditation under the wide-open sky. You can expect a 10-minute teaching on Mindfulness followed by a 30-minute slow walk. Finally, we will end the experience with a 20-minute guided meditation. Please dress accordingly for the weather and bring water and a blanket.

Saturday, March 20th -- Happy Flow Yoga on the Rock
Join Sandra for a Happy Yoga Flow on the first day of spring! Nature plays an important role in our lives, and we often forget that it heals our hearts, calms our minds, grounds, and refreshes us during stressful moments. For thousands of years Yoga has been practiced in Nature to honor the Sun, the Moon, the Earth, and the Life itself. Connection to nature leads us to more mindful, more harmonious, and compassionate way of living. Arabia Mountain is a perfect place to connect with millions of years history, nature, and ourselves as we practice breath and movement. Take time to relax and refresh your body, mind, and soul. You will leave grounded, more aware of your surroundings, and filled with a deeper connection to yourself and the world. This is all level 45min yoga practice (no experience is necessary). Bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle and dress accordingly to the weather.

Sunday, March 28th -- Sun Salutations on Arabia Mountain
Unwind the mind, find your center, and find gratitude with Sun Salutations under a wide-open sky at the top of a mountain rock. Sun Salutations will increase your energy and will bring more oxygen flowing through the body. The metaphysical properties of Granite are believed to help with good health, energy, and overall situation. Granite is associated with strength, abundance, and protection. Celebrating life at any given moment! This is all level 45min yoga practice (no experience is necessary). Bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle and dress accordingly to the weather. Note: timing  45min yoga and 30min walk to the practice spot and back to parking lot.
